Registration of Copyright

The copyrights are the intellectual property rights which can be gained without any procedures.
Artists and creators can get the copyrights when they create the works.

There is system of “registration” of copyrights to the Agency for Cultural Affairs.
Why is there this system?

This is because this system enable authors to insist their copyrights to the third party when they give the rights to someone.
In this point, we have benefits to registrate our copyrights.
